      1. 離子色譜法同時測定鍍膜液中5種酸根離子和4種有機酸

        摘  要:建立一種同時測定鍍膜液中常見酸根離子(如F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-、PO43-)和有機酸(如甲酸、乙酸、草酸、檸檬酸等)的離子色譜方法,用IonPac AS19陰離子交換柱為分離柱,以淋洗液自動發(fā)生裝置產生KOH進行梯度淋洗。在優(yōu)化的色譜條件下,即色譜柱溫度為30 ℃,流速為1.00 mL/min,采用電導檢測器,在20 min內能實現(xiàn)上述5種常見酸根離子和4種有機酸的分離和檢測。用于標準樣品檢測時,其均呈現(xiàn)出良好的線性關系,相關系數(shù)在0.999 2~0.999 8之間。將該方法應用于3種不同鍍膜液的測定,樣品加標回收率在85.4%~112%之間。該方法簡便快速,靈敏度高,準確性好,可廣泛用于鍍膜液中常見的酸根離子和有機酸的同時測定。

        Simultaneous determination of five anions and four organic acids in film plating
        solution by ion chromatography

        Abstract: A chromatographic method was established for simultaneously determining five acid anions (F-, Cl-, NO3-, SO42- and PO43-) and four organic acids (methanoic acid, ethanoic acid, ethanedioic acid and citric acid). The separations of common anions were obtained by IonPac AS19 column with KOH gradient. The optimal chromatographic conditions were using a conductivity detector, at a flow rate of 1.00 mL/min and a chromatographic column was operated at 30℃. Under the optimal conditions, five acid anions and four organic acids were successfully separated within 20 min. The calibration curves showed good linearity with correlation coefficients (0.999 2~0.999 8). When the method was applied to determine three kinds of film plating liquid, the sample recoveries were in the range of 85.4% to 112%. This method was simple, rapid, sensitive and reliable, which is suitable for simultaneously determining acid anions and organic acids in film plating solution.
